Payment Policy
• Provisional reservations are required to pay non-refundable deposit of 20% within 7 days to secure the booking
• The deposit is calculated at 20% of the total reservation value
• Reservations will be confirmed upon tent availability
• Balance payment must be made 20 days prior to arrival
• Bookings made within 20 days, full payment must be made within 48 hours of booking
Rates
All rates are in US Dollars (USD). Where necessary, rates will be converted into Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) based on the existing exchange rate.
Check-in and Check-out
Check in time 1400hrs and Check out time 1200hrs. Open all year around.
Maximum Tent Capacity
One Wilderness Tent can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and a child.
Family Policy
Children age 4 years and under can stay with us on full complementary basis, using existing beds in the same tent. Children between 5 years and 11 years will enjoy 50% off per child on the package rate when accompanied by paying adults and up to maximum of 2 children per tent.
Pet and Wildlife Policy
Kodev does not permit any pets in the camping site and guests staying at the camping site are not permitted to harm or pollute surrounding marine ecosystem
Visiting Guests Policy
Due to limited facilities and also to maintain privacy of our in-house guests, Kodev only allows guests who are with a valid reservation to access Kodev Glampsite. For travel agent visits and any other glampsite visits please feel free to contact us directly via info@kodev.lk
Cancellation Policy
As a small glampsite, our business depends on the maximizing the occupancy therefore, in the event of any confirmed reservation being cancelled; the following cancellation fees will be charged:
• Penalty of 25% of the total reservation value if cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival
• Penalty of 100% penalty if cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival
Updating of these Terms & Conditions
Kodev reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website.
