Kodev is a project by Wild Ceylon Luxury, which promotes authentic luxury wilderness retreats Ceylon offers. Kalpitiya is not simply about sun, sea and sand. There is a whole other dimension to experience on the island, in the midst of its lush vegetation.

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our crew and to collaborate diverse aspects of the hospitality operations to provide our guests with premium tailor-made service.

MUST HAVES

• Adventure Seeker with Can-Do Attitude
• Age Between 25 – 40
• Proficiency in English Language
• Minimum 2 Years Hospitality Industry Experience (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office & Kitchen)
• Intellectual curiosity with a keen interest in Glamping and Adventure Tourism
• Experience in tourism markets with a winning attitude and insatiable desire to succeed
• Customer-focused mentality and enthusiasm for building strong relationships
• Problem-solver with loads and loads of initiative and ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
